MEET OUR RESIDENTS

The culture of our residency is one of collaboration and encouragement. Open communication is encouraged, starting with the program director, throughout the faculty, staff and individual residents. Open lines of communication help create a nurturing learning environment where residents are viewed as peers and are encouraged to support one another. Our program promotes well-being sessions where residents are encouraged to discuss mindfulness, personal well-being and practice efficiency.
